Devin Toner has proven he is a gentleman once again by donating his rugby gear to charity.

The Irish Rugby star took to Twitter to reveal he dropped dozens of items into his local charity shop.

The 32-year old shared photos on social media revealing much of his rugby gear is now in St Vincent De Paul in Maynooth.

“Anyone looking for some Leinster & Ireland gear and want to do a good deed I’ve just dropped this lot into St Vincent De Paul in Maynooth, on the Main Street.” he said.

He added: “Mostly 2XL!”

Fans were delighted by Devin’s sweet gesture.

St Vincent De Paul also took to social media to thank the sports star on his good deed: “Wow Devin thank you so so much! This is brilliant we really appreciate. Without the support of people like yourself, we would not be able to provide the services we run!”

At six ft 11, we reckon his fans might struggle to fit into the clothes, but for such a worthy cause it’s definitely worth it!
