Conor McGregor’s UFC comeback has been confirmed, with a Las Vegas bout in October on the cards.
The double MMA champ has been out of UFC action since turning his hand to boxing against the undefeated Floyd Mayweather in the highly anticipated fight last August, and fans have been waiting for comeback news ever since.
Just last night, the organisation officially confirmed at a press conference in Los Angeles, that the Dubliner will be taking to the ring this October 6th against the Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov.
The news of the upcoming fight comes just days after Conor appeared in court in New York following the Barclays Centre incident back in April.
The UFC fighter was found guilty of disorderly conduct and all felony counts were dismissed.
As a result of the charge, McGregor has to complete five days of community service.
The sports star was also ordered to undergo anger management classes which will be a maximum of three days.
There’s more big news for the 30-year-old as his girlfriend Dee Devlin recently announced that she is pregnant with their second child!
We can’t wait for October!
