Conor McGregor paid a visit to Crumlin Children’s hospital this weekend.

The Notorious took photos and chatted to patient’s and their families in the hospital on Saturday.

Patients who were able to leave their beds could go and meet him in person, while the children unable to leave their beds were sent video messages from him.

Seven-year-old Faith was one of the children too unwell to leave her bed after having an emergency operation to have her appendix removed.

Faith’s dad went to get a video for her from Conor, but decided to see if he’d come down and see her in person.

Although Conor was happy to oblige, some of the staff didn’t think he would have enough time.

“The woman told him ‘no you can’t go. You have to go to a different place’

“He said he wanted to go down and see Faith and she said ‘no you can’t'” Conor Reid, Faith’s dad told the Independent.

“He said: ‘Listen, I’m doing it!'”

McGregor then went to meet Faith and posed for some pictures with her and her family.

“So he came in and gave her a big hug and a kiss. She was on about 25/mL’s of morphine every hour, so she was a little bit weary, but when he gave her a huge she couldn’t get over it really, she was speechless,” Reid said.
