Following the confirmation of his relationship with Dancing with the Stars pro Karen Byrne, Jake Carter has opened up about his ideal date night.
The pair won the dance competition together earlier this year, where they became incredibly close, however it was only after she split from long-term boyfriend Wojtek Potazkin that they became romantically involved.
“We both lead really busy lives, but are enjoying being in each other’s company – off the dance floor,” he told VIP Magazine.
Opening up about date nights, the crooner admits that due to hectic touring schedules, he loves nothing more than a cosy night in with his other half.
“It’s not often I have a day or night off where I don’t have to do anything so I love just relaxing and watching a film, that would be the perfect date,” he told our sister mag, TVNow.
“I’d let her pick the film,” he added. “Can’t get more romantic than that!”
Jake is at the Aldi Marquee at the National Ploughing Championships today, Tuesday 18th September.
