Star Wars actor Mark Hamill has left Ireland, with some of our very own Tayto crisps in tow!
The Star Wars cast have been filming here this month, and during his time on the Emerald Isle, it appears he’s grown a fondness for the Irish snack.
Mark is an avid fan of our national crisp, taking to Twitter to tell his followers how much he loves them, and Ireland in general.
He captioned the tweet, “How I will miss Ireland! Its beauty, its people, its…snack food”.
In fact, Mark has even saying that we’re among the sweetest people in the world, oh Mark!
The actor, who plays Luke Skywalker in the film, was more than happy to greet the Irish people at both Kerry and Donegal airports and to interact with the public while he was here.
