The line-up for this week’s Ray D’Arcy Show is in, and it’s got something for everybody – especially reality tv fans!
Jedward will join Ray on Saturday night for their first Irish broadcast interview since leaving Celebrity Big Brother. They will lift the lid on what life was really like inside the house, their thoughts on being runners up on the show and their exciting plans for the future. They will also perform their brand new single “Oxygen”.
The former Eurovision stars will also help Ray judge a very special edition of The Ray D’Arcy Show Lip Sync Battle, as two members of the public go head to head recreating two classic Eurovision tunes!
Economist and broadcaster David McWilliams will drop by to chat to Ray about property porn, the impact of Brexit, how Trumps election will affect Ireland and much more.
Ray will also be joined on the couch by actors Kieran Coppinger and Charlene Kelly and creative director Petal Pille who are behind the award winning Irish film Sanctuary.This ground-breaking new film explores sexuality and relationships among people with intellectual disabilities.
Plus, this Saturday’s show will see the launch of a nationwide search for Ireland’s Traddest family. There will be very special panel of judges for this unique TV event: singer-songwriter John Spillane, fiddle player Zoe Conway and Mike Hanrahan of Stockton’s Wing. Ray and his team are seeking entries from families all over the country who play traditional music together. Tune in to find out how to enter the competition tomorrow night.
