Bernard Brogan has shared a gorgeous update with his social media followers following the birth of his twin sons.
The football star and his wife Keira Doyle welcomed the babies on the 10th of this month.
Today, Bernard posted an adorable photo of him in his new role as a dad, showing he quite literally has his hands full.
In the photo, the sports star is proudly looking down at his two sons in his arms.
He captioned the pic: “Great to get home to the lads!”

Brogan opened up about what it was like for the couple to become parents in an interview just after the boys were born.
“(Keira) is a pro already and is doing a brilliant job with the lads.” he told the Sunday World.
“I’m so proud of her, its amazing to watch. I have the nappy changing down to a fine art.”
“I am going through the emotions right now… it’s half excitement, half nervousness. We are so thrilled.”
