Last night’s Dancing With The Stars episode saw the first elimination of the series, with Hughie Maughan receiving the lowest amount of votes.
Although the Dubliner was disappointed to leave the show so early, he enjoyed the experience and was happy to have been given the chance to dance.
Despite only exiting the competition last night, Hughie appears to already have another tv opportunity up his sleeve- a collaboration with fellow Dancing With The Stars competitior Katherine Lynch.
Speaking to Goss.ie the 22-year-old said, “Katherine I got on amazingly well with, we want to do a show together. She used to do Wagon’s Den with Brian Dowling, she wants me and her to do something like that.
“She has a travelling woman alter-ego so she wants to do that, and have me just as Hughie from Big Brother and Dancing With The Stars. That will be the person she’ll be on the show – like a Keith Lemon.”
We’d definitely tune in for this!
