Jennifer Zamparelli has delighted fans by announcing Bridget and Eamon is returning for a second series.
It had been revealed a number of weeks ago that a second series was on the cards, but now the RTE star is heading back to studio to work alongside Bernard O’Shea, as filming for the brand new season gets underway.
Taking to social media, Jennifer said, “And so it begins #BridgetAndEamon series 2 @BoShea5 @JasonButler”
Jennifer previously revealed to the Irish Mirror that the second series will still be set in 1980’s Ireland, with appearances of her hit hairstyle, the “choppy-changey” and maybe even a trip to Naas!
“There’s a lot more to do with them – we wouldn’t change it too drastically,” Jen said. “We’re sticking in the 80s for now.”
