Al Porter has revealed details about his new relationship. Although the Today FM presenter hasn’t let fans know the identity of his new beau, he did admit that he makes him very happy.
In October of last year Tallaght native Al admitted to Lucy Kennedy that he had been very unlucky in love, and was definitely ready to settle down. Then just two months later everything had changed for the star and he confirmed that he was officially off the market.
Despite his mystery man being an extremely private person, the 23-year-old told Tv Now Magazine that he has brought out a new side of him.
“I can’t give you his name, he’s incredibly private. We don’t mind me saying to people I’m in a relationship, because I wouldn’t feel comfortable saying to people in interviews that I was single when I’m not, and his friends reading it and going ‘what?’
“He’s more private as a person not in show business tends to be; he wouldn’t even have a Facebook page kind of thing. He’s very nice, the same age as me, and very friendly. It’s just calmed me down and given me something other than work to look forward to and enjoy- a bit of balance and I never had balance,” he said.
